1. Shipping Information

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination and order size.

Germany & Italy: from €10

Europe: from €15

International: from €50

Dispatch and Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days after order confirmation, subject to payment and product availability.

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: approx. 7 working days

International: approx. 14 working days

If delays occur (e.g. due to handmade production), we will inform you without undue delay.

Availability of Goods

Some products are handmade or produced on demand. In such cases, delivery times may be extended (e.g. up to several weeks).
If an item is unavailable, you will be informed promptly and may choose to:

wait for restocking, or

cancel your order and receive a full refund

2. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Defective or Damaged Goods (Warranty)

If goods are defective or damaged, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights in accordance with German law.

This includes:

repair or replacement (subsequent performance)

price reduction or withdrawal (if applicable)

There is no strict reporting deadline (such as 48 hours).

5. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this to the delivery carrier and inform us as soon as possible.

Failure to report transport damage has no effect on your statutory rights.

6. Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

7. Import Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are borne by the customer.

Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order.

8. Product Characteristics

Products, especially handmade items, may vary slightly in appearance. Such variations do not constitute defects.
