2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by:

sending an order confirmation by email, or
dispatching the goods

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery times are indicated on the product page or during checkout.

If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately. Any payments already made will be refunded without undue delay.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are provided in our separate Shipping & Returns Policy.

7. Warranty (Gewährleistung)

The statutory warranty rights apply.

In case of defects, you are entitled to:

subsequent performance (repair or replacement)
reduction of the purchase price
withdrawal from the contract (if legal requirements are met)

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation:

for intent and gross negligence
for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
